【摘要】 目的　观察球周注射地塞米松治疗Graves眼病的疗效。方法　将确诊为Graves眼病 4 0例分为球周注射地塞米松组与口服强的松组 (每组各 2 0例 )。注射组在患者眼下眶缘 1 3交界处进针 ,注入地塞米松 5mg ,2～ 3次 周 ,疗程 2～ 3月 ;口服药物组选用强的松 30mg ,qd或 10mgtid ,疗程 5～ 6个月。两组患者在治疗期间随访眼部及全身情况。结果　球周注射组平均治疗时间 87 3天 ,治疗有效率 95 % (19 2 0 ) ,2 0例患者治疗前平均眼球突度为 18 4 1mm ,治疗后平均下降 4 34mm ;服药组平均治疗时间 16 7 0 3天 ,治疗有效率 85 % (17 2 0 ) ,2 0例患者服药前平均眼球突度为 18 30mm ,治疗后平均下降 3 4 8mm。球周注射组无药物引起的不良反应 ,口服药物均出现药物不良反应。结论　糖皮质激素治疗Graves眼病有一定的临床效果 ,选择球周注射地塞米松优于口服强的松 ,避免了口服激素药物所引起的全身不良反应。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the effects and safety of peribulbar dexamethasone injection in the treatment of Graves ophthalmopathy.Methods Forty patients with Graves ophthalmopathy were classified into two groups with each in 20 patients. Patients in group A were treated by peribulbar dexamethasone injection with a dose of 5mg, 2～3 times a week, for 2～3 months; patients in group B were administered orally 30mg of prednisone, qd or 10mg tid, for 5～6 months.Results The mean duration of treatment in group A was 87.3 days and the effective rate was 95% (19/20).The magnitude of ocular protrusion in group A decreased by 4.34 mm (original,18.41 mm). The length of treatment in group B averaged 167.03 days and the effective rate was 80% (17/20). The magnitude of ocular protrusion in group B decreased by 3.48 mm (original,18.30 mm).Cushing syndrome occurred in all cases of group B but none in group A.Conclusion Corticosteroids is effective to Graves ophthalmopathy. Peribulbar dexamethasone injection is more efficient with less drug-induced adverse reaction.更多还原
