【Abstract】 A piece-wise linear logarithmic amplifier is presented. It can be used as limiting amplifier and received-signal-strength indicator (RSSI) in Bluetooth receivers. The circuit, as a part of Bluetooth RF chip, is implemented with the 0.35 μm CMOS technology. Measurements show that RSSI linear error is less than 0.5 dB with a dynamic range of 40 dB.更多还原
