掺杂尖晶石LiAlxMn2-xO4的合成与性能研究
Study of synthesis and characterization of doped spinel LiAlx Mn2-x O4
【摘要】 采用固相法合成了掺杂改性的尖品石型锂锰氧正极材料。XRD结果表明所得材料均呈现良好的尖晶石结构。通过充放电性能测试,发现LiAlxMn2-xO4的循环性能都有了很大程度的改善,循环30次后仍能保持较高的容量,其中以LiAl0.05Mn1.97O4的循环性能最好。
【Abstract】 The modified spinel lithium manganese doped with several ions was prepared by solid-state method. XRD results show that all the samples possesses perfect spinel structure. The charging and discharging test proves that the cyclic performance of LiAlxMn2-xO4 is improved obviously. The higher capacity is observed after 30 cycles, displaying the best cyclie performance of LiAl0. 005 Mn1. 95O4.
