数字式干涉型光纤传感器条纹细分辨向电路的实现
Implementation of direction seeking circuit for fringe subdivision of digital fiber optic interferometer
【摘要】 介绍了数字式干涉型光纤传感器高倍数条纹细分实现,针对由于基本辨向电路的辨向分辨率低限制了细分倍数的问题,提出了一种新的辨向电路.仿真结果证明,这种新的辨向电路能够实现高倍数的辨向分辨率,满足了数字式干涉型光纤传感器高倍数条纹细分实现的要求,且可适用于传统莫尔光栅细分技术.
【Abstract】 A new direction seeking circuit for subdivision of the fringes of a digital interferometric fiber optic sensor is proposed.Because of larger number of sub-division,the digital fiber optic interferometer requires higher resolution of direction seeking circuit while the basic direction seeking circuit can’t meet the requirement.Simulation proves that the new circuit can meet the requirement.The circuit also can be applied to traditional sub-division technique of Moire fringe.
