【Abstract】 With the increasing use of multimedia technologies,image compression requires higher performance as well as some new features,hence ISO developed a new Still Image Compression Standard: JPEG2000.After analyzing the discrete wavelet transform ( DWT ) , this paper gives the method which realizes the JPEG2000 core transform by using the MATLAB 6.5 software.After compressing various images through wavelet transform toolbox, the method of wavelet filters selection is presented.更多还原
