MX7837在伺服控制系统中的应用

【摘要】 在伺服系统设计中,常常通过D/A转换器把单片机的数字控制量转换为模拟的电压信号,经放大后直接输出到电机驱动器,实现对电机的控制.对于一般采用8位单片机作为主控制器的运动系统,选用高分辨率的并行输入D/A转换器件常常会占用比较多的单片机资源.在此介绍了一种带有8位数据总线输入接口的双通道12位电压输出型D/A转换芯片MX7837的工作原理,并讲述了该D/A转换器在实际的直流伺服系统中的应用.

【Abstract】 In a servo system, an D/A converter is often used to transform digital signals which come from singlechip into analog voltage signals. This voltage singles will be output to motor drivers after magnified. Thus we can control the motor. In a movement system that use 8-bit singlechip as its main controller, if we choose a high-resolving-powered and parallel-input D/A converter, the resource of singlechip will be occupied largely. The principle of A dual,12-bit,multiplying,voltage-output D/A converter MX7837 which has 8-bit input bus interface was introduced in this paper. It was presented that the application of this A/D converter in a direct current servo control system.
