纳米TiO2\环氧树脂复合涂料制备工艺研究
Study of the process of nano-TiO2/epoxy resin composite coating
【摘要】 以TiO2纳米颗粒增强环氧树脂涂料,可以充分提高涂料的力学性能和耐腐蚀性能.通过对复合涂料不同工艺的研究来了解分散剂对TiO2纳米复合涂料性能的影响,从而找到在复合涂料中对纳米粉体起到良好分散效果的行之有效的方法.
【Abstract】 The mechanical and corrosionresistant performance of the nanoTiO2 epoxy resin coating can be obviously improved by using nanoTiO2 powder.By studying the different process of composite coating and the effect of dispersant on the performance of the nanoTiO2 epoxy resin compounds coating, and effective method of dispersing nanometer powder in composite coating can be found.
