膏药含膏量的激光在线检测系统

【摘要】 利用傅立叶红外光谱分析仪分析成品膏药和胶浆的吸收曲线,找到了膏药的特征吸收谱线,选用合适波长的激光器测量膏药的吸收与含膏量的关系。本测量系统包括激光发射器,光学准直扩束器,光学接收以及数据显示及采集系统。本方法的特色在于特殊选定波长的激光发射器,而采用光学准直扩束器的目的是可以大面积测量,以反映出整块膏药的含膏量和透过率的关系。初步的实验表明膏药的透过率和含膏量存在一定对应关系。

【Abstract】 A Fourier Infrared Spectrometer was used to analysis the transmission of plaster and ointment, we found that all plasters have the same characteristic absorption wavelength, so a laser with selective wavelength can be used to measure the relation of absorption and the content of ointment. The measuring system includes lasers, optical system, receiver and data display system. Compared with the other laser testing device, here we use laser with special wavelength; a collimate large beam was used to measure the large area, so the data can reflect the relation of the transmission and content of ointment for the whole plaster. The initial experiments have verified that there exists some relation between the transmission and content of ointment for the plaster.
