可降解聚乳酸/羟基磷灰石杂化材料 Ⅰ.纳米羟基磷灰石的合成

【摘要】 基于化学共沉淀法,以正丁醇为表面处理剂,共沸蒸馏,制备出长径比约为2.5∶1.0柱纳米羟基磷灰石(HA),并对相关产物进行XRD、TEM、DSC、FT-IR的分析。结果表明,正丁醇与HA表面的OH基可以脱水形成C—O—P键,在HA表面接枝一层O—C4H9有机基团。HA经正丁醇表面处理后与未经表面处理的相比,晶化温度降低200℃左右,晶粒尺寸减小2/3左右,且团聚现象明显改善。

【Abstract】 N-Butyl alcohol was used as surface treatment agent to prepare columned nano-hydroxyapatite(HA)(L/D ratio is about 2.5/1) via azeotropic distillation based on chemical co-deposited method.The(samples) were characterized by XRD,TEM,DSC and FT-IR means.n-Butyl alcohol could dehydrate with the hydroxyl groups on the HA surface to form C—O—P bonds,so the —O—C4H9 groups were grafted on HA particles.Compared with the untreated HA,the crystalline temperature of HA treated with n-butyl-alcohol was decreased by two hundred centigrade,the crystallite dimension of HA treated with nbutyl alcohol was reduced by two thirds,moreover,the particle aggregation phenomena was decreased obviously.
