含氯羧酸吡唑醛肟酯化合物的合成及生物活性
Synthesis and Biological Activity of Carboxylic Pyrazolyl Oxime Esters Containing Chlorine
【摘要】 从1-苯基-3-甲基-吡唑-5-酮出发,通过与Vismeier(DMF/POCl3)试剂反应得到1-苯基-3-甲基-5-氯-吡唑-4-甲醛(2),将其与羟胺肟化,再与相应的取代酰氯进行醇解反应,合成了17种未见报道的含氯羧酸吡唑醛肟酯类化合物,这些化合物的结构均经过1HNMR、IR、元素分析测试技术的证实,部分化合物还经过了EI-MS或LC/MS/MS测试技术的确证。初步生物活性测试结果证明,部分化合物具有较好的除草、杀菌、杀虫活性。
【Abstract】 Seventeen new carboxylic pyrazolyl oxime esters containing chlorine were prepared. Their (structures) were confirmed by virtue of 1H NMR, IR and elemental analysis. Some of them were also confirmed by means of EI-Ms or LC/MS/MS. The preliminary bioassay for these compounds showed that some of them displayed good herbicidal and pesticidal as well as fungicidal activities.
