微量Cu2+的乳化液膜法富集分离及原子吸收光谱测定

【摘要】 用液膜法富集和分离水中微量Cu2+,并用原子吸收光谱(AAS)法作了定量测定。探索液膜法在定量分析中的应用,并着重于液膜法富集分离与AAS法结合的测定研究。实验表明,采用以P507(磷酸二异辛酯)为流动载体的液膜分离法提取Cu2+的实验最佳条件为:液膜相为P507(质量分数为6.6%),Span80(脱水山梨醇单油酸酯,质量分数为9.9%),新蒸煤油(质量分数为83.5%);内水相为HCl(2mol/L);外水相为pH为6~7的含铜水溶液;V(乳)∶V(水)=1∶100(Rew);实验表明,萃取时间为3min。在Cu2+质量分数为0.005%~0.04×10-6%范围,富集倍数可达47倍,回收率95%~99%。等量共存物质无干扰。方法实际应用性较强,可用于水体中微量Cu2+的AAS法分析.

【Abstract】 Trace amount of copper ions in water was enriched and separated via emulsion membrane, and an atomic absorption spectrophotometry(AAS) method was established for the analysis of the copper ions. The influences of different conditions to the process of enrichment and separation by emulsion membrane are discussed in detail. The experimental results indicate that the copper ions in water can be efficiently enriched and separated by emulsion (liquid) membrane in the presence of higher concentrations of other heavy metal ions, such as Pb2+, Cd2+, and (Cr2O2-7).
