N-酰基吡唑衍生物的合成与生物活性
Synthesis and Biological Activity of N-Acylpyrazole derivatives
【摘要】 通过1H吡唑衍生物和菊酰氯进行酰化反应合成了11种新的N 酰基吡唑类化合物,其结构均经过1HNMR、IR、MS、元素分析的确证。对合成的化合物进行了杀虫,抑菌活性测试。结果表明,在250mg/L的浓度下,部分化合物对蚜虫有一定的毒杀作用,在50mg/L的浓度下化合物有较好的抑菌活性。
【Abstract】 Eleven novel N-acylpyrazole derivatives were synthesized via acylation reaction of intermediate 1H-pyrazole derivatives with acyl chloride. All the compounds synthesized were identified by means of (1H NMR), IR and MS. These compounds show certain insecticidal activity against aphid in a dosage of (250 mg/L), and exhibit certain fungicidal activity at 50 mg/L.
