【摘要】 目的:比较丙戊酸钠栓剂与片剂的药代动力学特征。方法:家兔12只,随机分为2组,分别直肠给药和口服给药,采用气相色谱法测定血药浓度,并用PKBP-N1程序包拟合药代动力学参数。结果:栓剂与片剂比较,Tm,t1/2,ka存在显著性差异(P<0.05),生物利用度和峰浓度无显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:丙戊酸钠栓剂的设计是合理的。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To compared the pharmacokinetics of sodium valproate suppository with sodium valproate tablets.Methods:Sodium valproate suppository and its tablets were orally or given in 12 rabbits by an open randomized crossover test,the drug concentration in serum was determined by GC.The pharmacokinetic parameters was analyzed by PKBP-N1 program.Results:The pharmacokinetics parameters (Tm,T1/2,ka) between suppository and tablet have a great SD(P < 0.05),but Cm Vd have a little SD.Conclusion:The results shows the design of sodium valproate supposistory is reasonable.更多还原
