【摘要】 目的:建立菊黄上清含片中黄芩苷的含量测定方法。方法:采用反相高效液相色谱法。色谱柱为C18柱,甲醇-0.2%磷酸(42∶58)为流动相,流速为1mLm/in,检测波长为280nm。结果:黄芩苷线性范围是0.117～1.87μg,平均加样回收率为100.05%,RSD=1.91%。结论:反相高效液相色谱法简便快速、重现性好,适用于该制剂的质量控制。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To establish content assay method of baicalin in Juhuang sh angqing buccal tablet.Methods:RP-HPLC was used to determine the content of bai calin in Juhuangshangqing buccal tablet.C18 column was used.Methol-0.2% phos phoric acid solution(42 ∶ 58)was used as the mobile phase.The flow rate was 1 m L/min.The detection wavelength was 280 nm.Results:The linear range of baicalin w as 0.117～ 1.87 μ g.The average recovery of this method was 100.05% and the R SD was 1.91%.Conclusion:The method is convenient,quick and has good repeatabil ity,is applicable to quality control of the preparation.更多还原
