【摘要】目的:探讨牛磺酸注射液的细菌内毒素检查法。方法:按照2000年版《中国药典(二部)》收载的细菌内毒素检查法及其应用指导原则的要求进行试验。结果:对于牛磺酸注射液(原液),可用标示灵敏度为0.5EU/mL的鲎试剂进行细菌内毒素检查。结论:鲎试剂可用于牛磺酸注射液的细菌内毒素检查。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To establish the detection method of endotoxin in taurine inj ection.Methods:The experiment was implemented according to the endotoxin detecti on and its guiding in Chinese Pharmacopoeia(Ⅱ,2000Ed).Results:Taurine injection was assayed by tachypleus amebocyte lysate labeled the sensitivity of 0.5 EU/mL for endotoxin.Conclusion:The endotoxin detection method can be used for taurine injection.更多还原
