【摘要】 目的:了解抗肿瘤药物的应用情况及其发展趋势,为临床合理用药提供依据。方法:对汕头大学医学院肿瘤医院2001—2004年抗肿瘤药物的用药金额、药理分类、用药排序等情况进行统计分析。结果:抗肿瘤药物占该院药品年消耗总金额的33.06%～48.17%,4年间其用药金额年增长率为8.52%,25.56%和12.25%,抗肿瘤植物药及其衍生物的消耗金额占抗肿瘤药品的41.00%,康莱特用药金额最大。结论:该院目前抗肿瘤药物的用药现状和趋向基本符合我国当前药品消耗总趋势,抗肿瘤植物药及其衍生物、其他抗肿瘤药及辅助治疗药、抗代谢药和抗肿瘤抗生素是该院目前肿瘤治疗的主要用药方向。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the current situation and calculate developing trend of antineoplastic drugs used in tumor hospital.In order to provide a basis for clinical rational drug usage.Methods:The data of drugs used for antineoplastic in Tumor Hospital,Shantou University Medical College during 2001 —2004 were analyzed and compared in respect to the total expenses,pharmacological classification and ranking of sum of money.Results:33.06%～48.17%of sum of money of total drug consumption was antineoplastic.Sum of money of antineoplastic drugs incremental rate was 8.52%,25.56%and 12.25%.41.00%of sum of money of antineoplastic drugs was antineoplastic plant medica and it’s ramification.Kanglaite occupied the first place in the list of sum of money.Conclusion:Antineoplastic plant medicament and it’s ramification,the other antineoplastic and assistant drugs and antimetabolite drugs,antineoplastic antibiotics are the main ones used for tumor treatment in our hospital.更多还原
