【摘要】 目的:观察头痛合剂的镇痛作用、毒性和临床疗效。方法:测定小白鼠LD50,观察其急性毒性反应;测定小白鼠扭体反应次数和痛阈,观察该制剂的镇痛作用;用正天丸作阳性对照,观察该制剂的临床疗效。结果:该制剂小白鼠的最大耐受量为400g/kg;且对家兔呼吸频率、平均动脉压和心率的作用,与给药前及生理盐水对照组比较,均无统计学差异(P>0.05);并可使小白鼠扭体次数明显减少、痛阈显著提高(P<0.05)。结论:头痛合剂有明显的镇痛效果,毒性低,是治疗头痛的有效药物。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the pharmacological and toxic effects of Toutong mixture.Methods:LD50 was determined in mice.Torsion body and Hotplate test were used to study the analgesic effect.The clinical effects of Toutong mixture were compared with Zhengtianwan in human body.Results:The maxium tolerance dose of Toutong mixture is 400 g/kg.Toutong mixture has no effects on the MAP,heart rate and respiratory rate of rabbits.It can also decrease the number of torsion body and increase the threshold of pain in mice.Conclusion:Toutong mixture has obvious analgetic effects and low toxicity.It is a good medicine in the therapy of headache.更多还原
