【摘要】 顺加作价改革暴露了医药卫生行业中的重大矛盾,为医药卫生行业的进一步改革创造了条件,但在改革中出现医院经济效益降低而患者医疗负担没有降低的矛盾局面。针对这一局面,完善顺加作价改革的对策应该是提高医疗服务价格,加强医疗行为规范,调整大小医院政府补贴政策。更多还原

【Abstract】 The reform revealed the main contraditions of medical health and created condition for bigger reform of medical and health.The reform also met puzzled situation which was hospital economy reduction but patient burdent no reduction.Facing the sitiuation,improvement suggestions should be increasing medical service price,strength medical regulation,adjusting big and small hospitals’ government subsidy to intend to small one.更多还原
