【摘要】 目的积极探讨放疗科质量控制的管理方法。方法开展读片讨论会、定期检查各项机器指标、重视拍摄验证片、坚持首次摆位制度和加强质控的管理,持续改进,并形成科级管理规范。结果提高了全科人员对质控的重视;规范了治疗常规;形成了一套质控管理办法:减少了医疗差错;健全了治疗的各种档案。结论放疗科质控的实施需要思想的重视,管理的到位,持之以恒的信心。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the managerial methods of radiotherapy quality control (QC) . Methods From the five methods of radiotherapy QC which carried out in our hospital from February 2003 to July 2004, including the discussion of reading radiographic negative, the regular check-ups of each equipment indexes, attaching importance to take certification film, persistent in furnishing position institution in the first time and the management of strengthen quality control. By our persistent improving and summing up experience, formed adminstrative disciplines. Results the staffs value to QC is improved, the therapeutical routine is standardized, the standard of the department management and a whole set of methods in QC management is come into being, and the malpractive is reduced, the therapeutical archires is strengthened. Conclusions The practice of the QC in department of radiation oncology needs to pay great attention to it, the managerial measures must be very appropriate, and the staffs must have persevering confidence.更多还原
