乌金草化学成分研究
A Study of the Chemical Constituents of Wujincao
【摘要】 目的 提取和鉴定乌金草中活性化学成分。方法 采用硅胶柱色谱和SephadexLH- 20凝胶柱色谱对乌金草中化合物进行分离得到单体,通过理化常数和波谱分析方法鉴定其结构。结果 从乌金草中分离并鉴定 4个化合物:马兜铃内酰胺Ⅰ、9 甲氧基马兜铃内酰胺Ⅳ、β -谷甾醇、1 -二十八烷醇。结论 4个化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到。
【Abstract】 Objective To extract and identify the active chemical constituents of Wujincao . Methods Silica gel column chromatography and Sephadex LH 20 gel column chromatography were used to separate the active chemical constituents from Wujincao . The structures of the monomers thus obtained were identified with physicochemical and spectrum analyses. Results 4 active chemical constituents were separated from Wujincao and their structures identified named AristololactamⅠ, 9 methoxyaristololactamⅣ, β sitosterol and 1 octacosanol. Conclusion 4 active chemical compounds were isolated from this genus for the first time.
