低剂量丝裂霉素对癌症患者免疫功能的影响

【摘要】 目的探讨低剂量丝裂霉素(MMC)对癌症患者免疫功能的影响。方法经病理或细胞学证实的癌症患者60例,随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例,治疗组放射治疗(放疗)同时用低剂量MMC(0002mg·kg1)溶于09%氯化钠注射液10mL中静脉注射,每周1次,直至放疗结束;对照组只接受放疗。观察两组T细胞亚群(CD+3、CD+4、CD+8、CD+4/CD+8)及免疫球蛋白(IgG、IgA、IgM、C3、C4)的变化。结果治疗组T细胞亚群及免疫球蛋白含量明显提高(P<001或P<005);对照组T细胞亚群及免疫球蛋白含量明显下降(P<001或P<005)。结论低剂量MMC可以改善放疗患者的免疫功能,减轻辐射对免疫功能的损伤,具有一定的防护辐射作用及临床应用价值。

【Abstract】 Objective To study effect of low dose mitomycin C (MMC) on immunological function in cancer patients. Methods Sixty cancer patients proved by pathology and biopsy cytology were randomised into the study group and the control group equally. The study groups were treated by low dose MMC during radiotherapy, and the control group were only treated by radiotherapy. The change of T lymphocyte subsets and immune globulin in the two groups were observed. Results By comparison to the control group, T lymphocyte subsets and immune globulin in study group were significantly improved (P<0.01 or P<0.05). Conclusion Low dose MMC could improve the immunological function in cancer patients, reduce the damage to immunity by radiation, and may have some degree of radioprotective effect.
