【摘要】 目的通过试验确定注射用头孢他啶细菌内毒素的具体检测方法。方法选择相应灵敏度的鲎试剂,进行干扰试验,研究细菌内毒素检查方法。结果用灵敏度0.125EU·ML-1的鲎试剂,同时将供试品2倍稀释,进行细菌内毒素检查,没有出现干扰作用。结论注射用头孢他啶的热源检查可用细菌内毒素检测法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To set up a method of bacterial endotoxin test for Ceftazidime.Methods According to Bacterial Endotoxin Test in China Pharmacopoeia (second part,2000) Wo did these experiment.Results Ceftazidime in 2-fold dilution had no interfererce to bacterialendotoxin.Conclusion Bacterial endotoxin test could be used for pyrogen test of Ceftazidime.更多还原
