探讨腰椎管狭窄症的CT分型

【摘要】 目的探讨腰椎管狭窄症的CT分型。方法对541例腰椎管狭窄症的术前CT分型与手术结果进行对比分析。结果CT分为4型,Ⅰ型:中心椎管狭窄型,Ⅱ型:侧隐窝狭窄型;Ⅲ型:椎间孔狭窄型;Ⅳ型:混合型。其中Ⅰ型104例(19.22%),Ⅱ型125例(23.11%),Ⅲ型48例(8.87%),Ⅳ型264型(48.80%)。结论CT分型对腰椎管症的手术治疗具有指导意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate CT classification of lumbar spinal stenosis and its diagnostic value.Methods According to CT findings 541 caseswith lumbar spinal stenosis were classified before surgery,and a comparison between CT and surgical findings was made.Results On CT scan lumbar spinal stenosis could be classified into 4 types.type 1:Central lumbar spinal canal stenosis(19.22%),type2: The side recess stenosis(23.11%),type3:Intervertebral foramen(8.87%),type4:mixed type of the above three(48.80%).The coincident rate of CT with surgery was 93.90%.Conclusion CT classification of lumbar spinal stenosis plars a significant role in guiding surgical management.更多还原
