【摘要】 目的探讨臀肌挛缩症的一种新名称和对其术式的一些改进。方法通过对本组治疗的46例观察,根据受累范围命名该病,近大粗隆处小切口不分离挛缩带切断臀肌及关节囊韧带进行松解术。结果受累组织以臀肌及深筋膜最多,随病情加重受累组织逐渐加深,严重者常伴关节囊和坐骨韧带的挛缩,33例经过平均1到2个月的随访,总优良率93.9%。结论臀肌挛缩症的名称不能完全涵盖该病受累的组织,髋后部组织挛缩症能概括该病的病理和临床,近大粗隆的切口切断挛缩带的术式有创伤小、松懈彻底、疗效确切的特点。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore a new name of gluteus and some imp-rovement of the operation method. Methods from obser vation during operation of 46 treated patients,To name the disease according to the range involved.Through the incision near tuberrosity to loosen ang cut gluteus and ischiofemoral ligament without separating contracture strap 。 Results gluteus muscle and deep fascia were involved mainly 。along with the aggravator of the disease ,involved tissue deepenning,serious cases often accompanied of fourteen months total excellent and good rate was 93.9%. Conclusions the name of gluteus contracture don`t contain all the involved tissue,post-hip tissue contracture can sum up pathology and clinic of the disease.the operation method of cutting strap through the incision near tuberosity has advantages of little injury, thoroughly looseness and reliable effect更多还原
