小儿大面积烧伤并发惊厥的临床分析

【摘要】 目的分析小儿大面积烧伤并发惊厥的原因及其防治措施。方法对163例小儿大面积烧伤并发惊厥的原因及其防治措施进行临床及实验室检查分析。结果小儿大面积烧伤并发惊厥与休克脑缺氧、脑水肿、钠失衡、代谢性酸中毒、休克期高热等原因密切相关。结论针对小儿烧伤惊厥发生的原因,做到早发现、早纠正,对防治小儿烧伤惊厥的发生十分重要。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyse the reason and its prevention and treatment measurement for children extensive burns complicationconvulsions. Methods To survey and analyze clinic and laboratory for the reason and prevention and treatment measurement of childrenextensive burns complication convulsions for 163 cases of children who suffer from burns and explore reason and its prevention and treatmentmeasurement of occurrence of convulsions. Results The close relationship between children extensive burns complication convulsions andoxygen deficit for shock brain, hydrocephalus, sodium unbalance, supersession acid poisoning, hyperpyrexia for shock period. ConclusionsMany kinds of factors may bring out sodium unbalance, supersession acid poisoning, hyperpyrexia for shock period.sodium unbalance,supersession acid poisoning, hyperpyrexia for shock period.
