【摘要】 目的探讨胫骨Pilon骨折的手术治疗时机,手术方法。方法随访1999-2003年治疗的胫骨pilon骨折40例。骨折类型:一型23例,二型9例,三型8例。25例合并腓骨骨折。胫骨最终均用解剖钢板内固定,腓骨用1/3管状钢板内固定。结果40例骨折全部愈合,参照Mazur踝关节症状与功能系统标准作功能评价,优31例,良7例,可2例,优良率95%。结论对胫骨Pilon骨折针对不同的受伤机制与骨折类型选择手术时机,最终坚强内固定治疗胫骨Pilon骨折,效果优良,可早期活动踝关节,不致功能丧失。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the timing of operion and methods of surgery of tibia Pilon fractures. Methods Forty patients with tibia Pilon fractures operatively treated between 1999 2003 were followed Up. The tipe of fracture of Ruedi - Allgower: there were 23 cases oftype 1 fracture,9 cases oftype II fracture,8 cases oftype IH fracture. The 25 cases unite offibula fracture. The tibia were reducted and internal fixed with dissection plate. The fibula were internal fixed with plate. Results According to Mazur criterion, the results of treatment were evaluated as excellent in 31 cases, good7 cases,fair in 2 cases. The excellent and good outcome was 95% . Conclusion To aim directly at the cause of injured and the tipe of fracture. We treatment of tibia Pilon fractures with strong internal fixation. This techniques treatment of Pilon fracture is effect good,. It should be early mobilization for Ankle joint,Don t to functional incapacitation.更多还原
