【摘要】 目的:观察葛根素注射液治疗慢性肺源性心脏病(肺心病)急性加重期的疗效。方法:将112例肺心病患者随机分为2组。对照组采用传统的综合疗法,治疗组在对照组的基础上加用葛根素。结果:治疗组总有效率为84. 31%;对照组总有效率为67. 21%,经统计学处理两组总有效率有显著性差异(P<0. 05)。结论:葛根素可提高治疗肺心病加重期的疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 objective: To investigate the curative effect of Puerarin injection on patients with acute outbreak of chronic pulmonary heart disease .Methods: 112 patients with pulmonary heart disease were divided into two groups randomly . The control group were treated with the traditional general therapy. Besides this therapy , the Puerarin injection was added to the study group . Results: The rate of overall efficiency was 67.213% in the control group and 84.314% in the study group . There were significant differences between two groups . Conclusion: Puerarin injection could enhance the curative effect in the patients with acute outbreak of chronic pulmonary heart disease.更多还原
