【Abstract】 The number of pre-nuptial medical examinations has fallen since the marriage rules were modified by the government. The fall in couples taking the pre-nuptial medical examination will cause social problems including a rise in diseases passed from mother to baby. The government and the couple should be jointly and morally responsible for ensuring that the examination is taken thus protecting the next generation from such social problems.更多还原
