【摘要】 对辽宁省CT机进行的调查进行专题分析。主要分析了CT配置现状中的“资金来源”、“新旧机情况”、“使用年限”、“使用效率”、“经济效益”、“城市农村分布”及与全国和部分国家资源配置的比较、分析和思考,指出了大型医疗设备配置现状存在的“超前”、“过剩”并影响“医疗费用支出上升”等问题。并提出了政府在大型医用设备配置调控决策中应“提高配置标准门槛,降低回报率”的政策及积极引导医疗机构优先配置常规、普通医疗设备的建议,以降低患者医疗费用,减少卫生资源和卫生总费用的浪费。辽宁CT配置的现状和存在的问题,也许就是全国大型医用设备配置工作的一个缩影和思考。更多还原

【Abstract】 The special topical of this article is to analysis the collection of CT in Liaoning Province. It is to out the capital source, the situation of both old and new equipment, the fixed number of using year, the using efficiency, the economic benefit and also the comparison between other provinces and other countries. Through the research and analysis, we can discover some problems, such as the overplus and ahead of schedule of the CT collocation in Liaoning Province. As a result, the medical expend rises a lot. In order to reduce the medical expend and lesson the waste of medical resource, some polices should be made by the government, such as to increase the collocation standard, to reduce the return rate and also to encourage the hospitals to collocate the general medical equipment first, and so on. The collocation of CT and the existing problems in Liaoning Province may reflect the whole situation around the nation.更多还原
