浅议重大项目大型仪器设备购置管理
How to manage the purchase of the valuable instrument and equipment during the construction of special science study items
【摘要】 对重大科技攻关项目大型仪器设备的购置与管理上存在的问题,提出一些针对性的应对措施,并就相关问题进行了讨论。
【Abstract】 The article brings up the problems when special science study items purchase valuable instrument and equipment;and gives some ways to solve them.Many relation problems are discussed.
