【摘要】 目的早产儿视网膜病变(retinopathy of prematurity,ROP)的因素分析。方法散瞳检查早产儿眼底。根据国际对 ROP 的分期进行诊断,并对 ROP 的发生率和发病因素进行统计分析。结果:对39例(男23例,女16例)早产儿检查发现10例 ROP 患者,而55例(男30例,女25例)的足月做对照组无一例早产儿视网膜病变 ROP。结论早产儿视网膜病变与低出生体重和短孕周相关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the risk factors of retinopathy of prematurity,ROP.Methods According to the international classification of retinopathy of prematurity,ROP they were diagnosed as ROP.The risk factors and the incidence of ROP were statistically analyzed.Results A total of 39 premature infants were examined,11 infants were diagnosed as retinopathy of prematurity,ROP.Conclusions The lower body weight and the shorter gestation are related to the higher indicence of ROP.更多还原
