【摘要】 目的检测慢性乙型肝炎、慢性重性肝炎和乙肝肝硬化患者血清游离胰岛素样生长因子1(IGF-1)的水平,分析探讨ICF-1与患者病情和预后的关系。方法受检对象包括慢性轻度、中度、重度肝炎各30例,肝硬化30例,慢性重型肝炎30例以及正常对照20例,应用ELISA方法检测其血清游离IGF-1水平,并进行统计学分析。结果慢性肝炎轻度、中度、重度患者的血清游离IGF-1水平分别为222.77±49.61ng/ml、206.27±56.33ng/ml和176.37±76.07ng/ml,乙肝肝硬化和慢性重型肝炎患者分别为106.58±72.77ng/nd和114.99±70.21ng/ml,对照组为251.05±41.53ng/ml,各实验组血清游离IGF-1水平均明显低于对照组,乙肝肝硬化组及重型肝炎组血清游离IGF-1水平均明显低于慢乙肝轻、中、重度组。结论血清IGF-1检测可用于评估肝硬化和慢性重型肝炎患者的病情和预后;IGF-1与慢性乙型肝炎的病理生理学过程有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the serum free insulin-like growth factor 1(IGF-I)level and its correlation with the severity and prognosis in patients with chronic hepatitis B,liver eirrhosis and severe chronic hepatitis.Methods Serum free IGF-1 was detected by ELISA in 30 patients with chronic mild hepatitis,30 patients with chronic moderate hepatitis,30 patients with chronic severe hepatitis,30 with liver cirrho- sis and 30 with severe clronic hepatitis.20 normal ones for negative eontrol.Results Serum free IGF-1 was 222.77±49.61ng/ml in patients with chronic mild hepatitis;206.27±56.33ng/ml in chronic moderate hepatitis;176.37±76.07ng/ml in chronic severe hepatitis;106.58± 72.77ng/ml in liver cirrhosis;114.99±70.21ng/ml in severe chronic hepatitis and 251.05±41.53ng/ml in control group.In all the test group, the serum free IGF-1 levels were significantly lower than that of the control group.The serum free IGF-1 levels in liver eirrhosis and severe chronic hepatitis group were significantly lower than that of chronic hepatitis group.Conclusions It is useful to test serum free IGF-1 for evalu- ating the severity and prognosis of patients with liver eirrhosis and severe chronic hepatitis.There may be some correlation between IGF-1 and the pathophysiological process in chronic hepatitis B.更多还原
