【摘要】 目的分析 B 超监护宫腔内各类手术操作的方法及效果。方法早孕绒毛抽吸,子宫输卵管声学造影,困难节育手术593例全部行 B 型超声监护。结果 216例早孕绒毛抽吸成功209例,7例因孕囊光环菲薄,取出绒毛后出现下腹痛。阴道流血致难免流产。197例子宫输卵管声学造影,73例输卵管通畅,71例阻塞,53例通而不畅,15例一侧阻塞,38例双侧通而不畅。180例困难节育手术,138例人工流产顺利完成。24例宫内节育器迷失,除3例节育器嵌顿于子宫肌层较深未能取出外,其余均顺利取出。结论 B 超监护下宫腔内手术,安全有效、准确性高。B 超监护无损伤,效果好,可作为首选或常规监护方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyse the means and results of all kinds of surgeries in the womb under the B ultrasonic wave.Means Draw and inhale the early pregnant fine hair,the womb oviduct acoustics radiography,and 593 difficult birth control surgeries have been done under the B ultrasonic wave.Methods There are 209 successful surgeries of drawing and inhaling the early pregnant fine hair in 216 ones.Because of the poor ring of light of the pregnat bag,7 patients get a pain in the lower part of the belly after the fine hairs are taken out.197 patients are operated in the womb oviduct by acoustics radiography.73 oviducts are unobstructed,71 blocked,53 open but net smooth,15 one side blocked and 38 both sides open but not smooth.180 difficult birth control surgeries and 138 induced abortion are carried out smoothly.24 intrarterine devices lose,ex- cept that 3 birth control devices inlaid deeply on uterus skin layer fail to be fetched out,the others are taken out smoothly.Conclution Uonder the Bultrasonic wave,the operation in the uterus in safe,effective and accurate.So the means can be a first selected or routine one.更多还原
