【摘要】 目的探讨幽门螺杆菌对大鼠乙酸胃溃疡愈合的作用及机制。方法幽门螺杆菌感染大鼠4周后,制作成乙酸胃溃疡模型,放免法测定血清胃泌素、血清生长抑素,胃粘膜表皮生长因子含量;切口末端标记法测定凋亡指数;液相竞争法测定血清肿瘤坏死因子含量;薄层分析法测定血清血小板活化因子含量。结果 Hp+乙酸溃疡组与乙酸溃疡组相比,在第3、8、16天,血清胃泌素含量分别增高(P<0.01);血清生长抑素含量分别降低(P<0.01);胃粘膜表皮生长因含量分别降低(P<0.01);凋亡指数分别增高(P<0.01);血清 PAF 和 TNF-α含量分别增高(P<0.01)。结论幽门螺杆菌具有延迟大鼠乙酸胃溃疡愈合的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effect and mechanism of Helicobacter pylori on healing d gastric ulcer by acetic acid-induced in rats.Methods A model of gastric ulcer by acetic acid-induced in rats was made after 4 weeks Helicobacter pylori infected the rats,tire content of Gastrin(Gas)in the serum,Somatostatin(SS)in the serum and the content of Epidermal growth factor(EGF)in the gastric mucosas was measured with the method of radioimmuno-assay;Apoptotic index(AI)was measured with the method of Terminal deoxynucleatidyl transferase mediated dUTP nick end labeling(TUNEL)in the gastric mucosas;the content of Tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)in the serum was mea- sured with the method of liquid phase competition;the content of Blood platelet activating factor(PAF)in the serum was measured with the method of lamella analysis.Results When the group of Hp+acetic acid ulcer compared with the group of acetic acid ulcer,at 3rd,8th and 10th day,the contents of Gas in the serum are separately increasing(P<0.01);the contents of SS in the serum are separately decreasing(P< 0.01);the contents of EGF in the gastric mucosas are separately decreasing(P<0.01);AI are separately increasing(P<0.01);the contents of PAF and TNF-α in the serum are separately increasing(P<0.01).Conclusions The Hp have the effect that they could delay the healing of acetic acid ulcer in rats.更多还原
