【摘要】 目的以彩色多普勒检测补化汤干预颈动脉粥样硬化的作用。方法将56例脑梗塞伴颈动脉硬化者分为常规治疗组22例,补化汤组(中药补化汤+常规治疗)34例。治疗六个月后,以彩色多普勒(CDFI)检测患者的颈动脉斑块内膜中层厚度(IMT)及血管阻力指数(RI),以治疗前后的变化值作为统计学评判。结果两组的IMT均无显著差异,补化汤组的斑块厚度无明显变化P>0.05。但常规组治疗后有明显增厚,P<0.05。补化汤对RI有一定作用,P<0.05。常规组则无意义,p>0.05。结论中药补化汤对稳定颈动脉粥样硬化有一定作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective In order to explore the intervening of Chinese herbal medicine "Bu hua decoction" on stabilizing carotid atherosclerosis by colour Doppler flow imaging (CDFI). Methods Fifty-six cases were divided into two groups. 22 cases were divided into routine treatment group and 34 cases were divided into "Bu hua decoction" group(chinese herbal medicine "Bu hua decoction" plus routine treatment). After six mouths, their intima-media thickness (IMT) of carotid artery and vessel resistance index (RI) were observed by CDFI. The changes after treatment were statistical judged. Results There were no obvious differences in IMT between two groups and the thickness of plaque of group "Bu hua tang" did not change apparently. But with routine treatment, the thickness of plaque increased obviously, p< 0.05. Chinese herbal medicine "Bu hua decoction" has some effect on RI, p<0.05. But Group routine treatment was not, p>0.05. Conclusion Chinese herbal medicine "Bu hua decoction" possesses some effect on stabilizing carotid atherosclerosis.更多还原
