【摘要】 目的研究蕲艾挥发油的抗炎、抗过敏和镇痛作用。方法采用二甲苯致炎法,细菌致菌法,2,4二硝基氯苯致敏法,小鼠热板法,小鼠扭体法,大鼠甩尾法,大鼠子宫镇痛法等方法。结果蕲艾挥发油能够明显抑制二甲苯引起的小鼠耳壳炎症,抑制金黄葡萄球菌,绿脓杆菌,大肠杆菌,变形杆菌等细菌生长;抑制2,4二硝基氯苯诱导的迟发性超敏反应;小鼠热板反应潜伏期延长,抑制小鼠扭体次数,能提高大鼠甩尾痛阈;对抗己烯雌酚和缩宫素引起的大鼠子宫收缩作用。结论实验结果表明,蕲艾挥发油具有明显的抗炎、抗过敏和镇痛作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To rearch the anti inflammatory antianaphyactic and analgesic effects of essential oil extracted from Artemisia argyi. Methods The following experiments were carried out : xylene inflammatory, bacilli cause infection, 2,4 nitryl chlorobenzene anaphylactic, mouses hotboard experiment, mouses wriggle experiment, rats appendage experiment, uterus analgesic in rats, et al.Results The oil of Artemisia argyi inhited inffammation of mause auricle, which was caused by xylenl, as well as the proliferation of staphyloccus arueus, pesudomones. Escherichia coli, proteus vulgais, was inhibited significantly. Moreover, the oil inhibited the hypersensitivity reaction of the mouses caused by 2,4 nitryl chlorobenzene, lengthen the reaction latent period of mouses hotboard, and inhibited the times of mouses wriggle, the oil can improve the pain threshold of rats, resist rats contraction reaction caused by interrelated medication.Conclusion oil of Artemisia argyi has the effects of anti inflammatory antianaphyactic and analgesic.更多还原
