【摘要】 目的　评价前列倍喜结合高频热疗治疗慢性前列腺炎并不育症的效果。方法　 93例慢性前列腺炎并不育症患者随机分为治疗组 (47例 )和对照组 (46例 )。治疗组采用口服前列倍喜胶囊结合体外高频 ;对照组只服用前列倍喜胶囊。采用计算机精液分析系统检测分析精子质量。结果　治疗前后比较 ,两组精子曲线运动 (VCL) ,直线速度 (VSL) ,路径速度 (VAP) ,精子摆幅值 (ALH) ,精子鞭打频率 (BCF) ,运动摆动性 (WOB) ,运动直线性 (LIN) ,运动前向性 (STR) ,精子移动角度 (MAD)均有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;治疗后两组比较 ,VCL ,VSL ,VAP ,BCF ,LIN ,STR有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论　前列倍喜结合体外高频是一种治疗慢性前列腺炎并不育症的有效、方便的方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the effects of Qianlie Beixi capsules combined with high-frequency hyperthermia on infertile patients due to prostatitis.Methods 93 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The treatment group were treated by taking orally Qianlie Beixi capsules combined with high-frequency hyperthermia. The control group were treated by taking orally Qianlie Beixi capsules only. The analysis of sperm was carried out by using Computer Assisted Sperm Analysis(CASA)system.Results The VCL, VSL, VAP, ALH, BCF, WOB, LIN, STR, MAD of the two groups after treatment were signifieantly different from those before treatmeat (P<0.05). After treatment the VCL, VSL, VAP, BCF, LIN, STR of treatment group were significantly higher than those of control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Qianlie Beixi capsules combined with high-frequency hyperthermia is an effective, convenient treatment method for infertile patients due to prostatitis.更多还原
