【Abstract】 Modern computerized information system in hospitals increases both the quality and efficiency of health care. Electronic Medical Records (EMR) as the foundation of modern health care system gathered a lot of atten- tions.But human interface,text processing,confidentiality or security measures and inadequate health data- exchange standards are the remaining technical barriers before a robust EMR can be realized [1]. In this paper, we will talk about different techniques used in improving data entry methods such as structured data entry,natural language processing, scanning, OCR and speech recognition.更多还原
