【摘要】 目的　研究南柴胡根中的木脂素苷类化学成分。方法　应用色谱方法分离化合物,利用化学方法和波谱方法鉴定所得化合物的化学结构。结果　从南柴胡根中得到两个木脂素苷: 2, 3-E-2, 3-二氢-2-(3′-甲氧基-4′-O-β- D-葡糖基苯基) 3 羟甲基5 (3″羟基丙烯基)-7-甲氧基-1-苯骈-[b]-呋喃(1)和2, 3-E-2, 3-二氢-2-(3′- 甲氧基-4′- 羟基苯基)-3 羟甲基5 (3″- 羟基-丙烯基) -7- O-β-D 吡喃葡糖基-1-苯骈-[b]-呋喃(2),二者均为( +)2S, 3R型和( -)2R,3S型非对映异构体的混合物,且都以( +)2S, 3R型的量稍多。结论　化合物-1和-2均为首次从柴胡属植物中分离得到,其中化合物2中的( +) 2S, 3R-2, 3 二氢-2 ( 3′甲氧基-4′- 羟基-苯基- ) 3-羟甲基-5-(-3″-羟基-丙烯基)-7-O-β-D 吡喃葡糖基-1-苯骈-[b]-呋喃为新化合物。更多还原

【Abstract】 Aim To study the lignan glycosides from the roots of Bupleurum scorzonerifolium. Methods Chromatography methods was used to isolate compounds and chemical and spectral methods were used to identify the structures of isolated compounds. Results Two lignan glycosides were isolated from the roots of B.scorzonerifolium and their structures were identified as 2,3-E-2,3-dihydro-2-(3′-methoxy-4′-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-phenyl)-3-hydroxymethyl-5-(3″-hydroxypropenyl)-7-methoxy-1-benzo[b]furan (1) and 2,3-E-2,3-dihydro-2-(3′-methoxy-4′-hydroxy-phenyl)-3-hydroxymethyl-5-(3″-hydroxypropenyl)-7-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-1-benzo[b]furan (2), both of them which were the mixture of (+)2S,3R- and (-)2R,3S-type diastereoisomer and in both of them the amount of (+)2S,3R- type was a little more than that of the (-)2R,3S-type. Conclusion Compounds 1 and 2 were isolated from B.scorzonerifolium for the first time. (+)2S,3R-2, 3-Dihydro-2-(3′-methoxy-4′-hydroxy-phenyl)-3-hydroxymethyl-5-(3″-hydroxypropenyl)-7-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-1-benzo[b]furan is a new compound.更多还原
