【摘要】 目的:观察应用中西医结合疗法治疗乙型病毒性肝炎30例的临床疗效。方法:应用乙肝转阴汤和贺普丁联合治疗乙型病毒性肝炎患者30例,6个月后后查肝功能,HBV—DNA。结果:中西医结合疗法治疗乙型病毒性肝炎能显著改善患者的临床症状和体征,总有效率90％。结论:乙肝转阴汤和贺普丁联合治疗乙型病毒性肝炎疗效明显,值得进一步探讨。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Integrative Chinese and Weslern for the treatment of 30 cases with chronic hepatitis B. Methods: 30 patients with hepatitis B were treated with the lamivudine combined with decoction of the negative transforming hepatitis B. liver function, HBV-DNA were investigated after treatment for 6 months. Results: The symptom and physical sign in patients with hepatitis B treated with therapy of integrative Chinese and Weslern medicine could he significantly improved. The total efficacy rate was 90%. Conclusion: There was a significant curative effect of the lamivudine combined with decoction of the negative transforming hepatitis B.更多还原
