大鼠死后皮下肌肉组织电阻抗幅值和相位角变化的实验研究

【摘要】 研究大鼠死后皮下肌肉组织电阻抗幅值和相位角的变化,分析肌肉组织电阻抗和死亡时间之间的内在联系,试图发展一种能够简单方便、准确可靠地推断死亡时间的新方法。利用四电极阻抗测量系统测量死亡大鼠皮下肌肉组织电阻抗幅值和相位角,连续测量13天。根据量化结果用matlab语言在不同时间点对阻抗值和死亡时间的关系进行曲线拟合,计算相关系数。同时对其变化趋势产生的原因从肌肉组织形态变化的角度作了理论分析和实验验证。

【Abstract】 To develop a simple and accurate method of estimating the postmortem i nterval, we studied the amplitude and phase angle changes of musculature impedan ce in rat cadavers and analyzed the correlation between electrical impedance and postmortem interval. The endermic musculature impedance of rat cadavers was mea sured by applying a Bio-impedance measurement system based on four-electrode met hod. The observation period was 13 days. Using the quantified data, the impedanc e at different time points was analyzed with the math tool-Matlab to make curve fit and calculate the coefficients. At the same time, we analyzed the reason of amplitude change of musculature impedance in rat cadavers in terms of musculatur e morphology theoretically and made experiments to sustain it.
