【摘要】 [目的]了解烟台市流行性腮腺炎流行及预防控制情况。[方法]对烟台市2004年流行性腮腺炎的流行情况和预防控制措施的实施效果进行调查分析。[结果]烟台市2004年流行性腮腺炎报告发病率6.47/10万。流行性腮腺炎在烟台市普遍发生,福山区、蓬莱市存在局部暴发流行。流腮病人以中小学生为主,均未接种过流腮疫苗;流腮疫苗应急接种落实好的福山区疫情迅速控制,落实不好的蓬莱市流腮疫情在局部蔓延。[结论]流腮疫情发生后,应使用流腮疫苗进行应急接种。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective]To analysis the mumps anticipatory contr ol situation in Yantai.[Methods]Investigate the mumps popular s ituation and the anticipatory control measure implementation effect of Yantai in 2004.[Results]the mumps reported disease incidence rate 6.4 7/100 000 in Yantai.The mumps in the whole city universally ocoaur,and the Pen glai city,the Fushan area had partial epidemic.The mumps cases primarily occure d in the elementary and middle school students,who had not vaccinated the mumps vaccine;The mumps vaccine emergency vaccination was carried out better in Fushan area,and epidemic situation was rapidly controled,while it was occured partiall y in penglai city where the emevgency vaccination was carried out badly.[Conclusion]After the mumps epidemic,the mumps vaccine should be vac cineted.更多还原
