【摘要】 [目的]了解手足口病发病情况、临床特征。[方法]对泰安市中心医院等8家重点医院2003年4~9月收治的泰安市手足口病住院病例723例进行调查。[结果]723例中,男性454例、女性269例;单纯手足口病429例,合并心肌炎191例、脑炎85例、脑心肌炎18例;死亡2例;病人分布在7个县(市、区、矿业集团)的65个乡镇矿,其中新泰市512例。7月8、月为发病高峰。体温39℃以上病例占54.77%。检测急性期病人粪便、咽拭子110份,病毒分离阳性50份,其中包括COX16、ECHO19、EV71等3种7型病毒;检测急性期、恢复期病人血清107份,手足口病相关抗体阳性27份。[结论]泰安市2003年发生了手足口病流行,其病原以ECHO19为主。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective]To find out epidemiological and clinical c haracteristics of hand foot and mouth disease(HFMD) in Tai’an area in 2003.[Methods]Investigating 723 inpatients with HFMD from 8 hospitals,s uch as the Center Hospital of Tai’an,in April to September in 2003.[Re sults]723 cases of HFMD,including 454 male and 269 female;429 cases wer e simple HFMD,430 myocarditis,85 encephalitis,18 both encephalitis and myocardit is;2 cases died;All cases distributed in 7 counties(districts,mining areas),65 townships(mining areas),512 cases were in Xintai area among them.Most patients were in July to August.54.77% cases had a fever higher than 39℃.Tested 110 specimens of stool and thoat swabs from patiens in acute period,50 were isolate d viruses,and CoxA16,Echo19 and Ev71 with 3 kinds and 7 serotypes were confirmed;Testing 107 serm specimens from patiens in acute and recovery period,and 27 wer e isolated related-antibodies of HFMD.[Conclusion]A prevalen ce of HFMD occurred in Taian area in 2003 with the first pathogen being Echo19.更多还原
