【摘要】 [目的]了解广州市企事业单位女职工保健工作开展及服务利用情况,探索新世纪女职工保健工作的模式与方法。[方法]2004年底,对广州市154家企事业单位进行了女职工保健工作开展及服务利用情况的调查。[结果]调查152家单位,不同性质的单位在女工保健措施配备、部分保健服务利用方面存在差异;30.3%的单位由女工负责人落实妇女病普查工作,47.4%的单位配备了防护措施;妇科检查、盆腔B超、乳腺近红外线扫描、查宫内节育环的利用率分别为94.7%、69.1%、76.3%、48.0%。[结论]不同性质单位女职工劳动保护工作发展不平衡,有的国有企业和机关事业单位采取的保健措施甚至不及外商投资和股份制企业。政府应加强和重视女工劳动保护设施的监督,加大保健服务利用的力度,保障女工的合法权益和身心健康。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objectiwe]To investigate the development of occupa ti on women’s health care and the use of service in Guangzhou city and to study the feasible methods of occupation women’s health care in the new century. [Methods]In The end of 2004,154 enterprises in Guangzhou city were sur veyed about the development of occupation women’s health care and the use of hea lth care service.[Results]The different kinds of enterprises have obvious difference in the health care equipments and part of health care se rvice.The occupation women’s manager were responsible for the gynecologic exami nation and cure in 30.3% enterprises.47.4% institutions had protection measur ement.The utilized rate of gynecologic examinations,type-"B" ultrasonography,infrared light scanning and IUD is 95.73%,67.27%,72.32%,38.09% respectiv ely.[Conclusion]The development of occupation woman’s labor protection in different kinds of enterprises is unbalanced.The health care meas ures in some public enterprise and department are not as good as in foreigner or joint-stock enterprise.Governments should enhance the charge of health care equipments and emphasize the service of the health care in order to guarantee le gal rights and mind,body’s health of occupation women.更多还原
