某铅锌矿选矿厂内气溶胶(PM10、PM2.5)中多环芳烃分析
An Study on the Analysis of Ploycyclic Aromatic Hydrocarbons of Aerosol(PM10、PM2.5) in the Mineral Separation Plant
【摘要】 [目的]了解某铅锌矿选矿厂内气溶胶PM10、PM2.5中多环芳烃的分布情况,规范选矿药剂的登记制度,为选矿厂内环境空气监测提供依据。[方法]2004年6月至2004年10月,在某铅锌矿选矿厂车间内布设5个采样点,采集PM10、PM2.5,采用索氏提取、K-D浓缩和吹氮浓缩的方法进行预处理,用GC-MS气相色谱-质谱联用测定样品中的多环芳烃。[结果]检测PM10、PM2.5各35份,均检出16种典型多环芳烃,其中具有强致癌性的苯并[a]芘浓度分别为1.03~23.35 ng/m3和0.24~18.75 ng/m3,均值分别为5.07 ng/m3、3.91 ng/m3。[结论]某铅锌矿选矿厂车间多环芳烃污染水平不容乐观,给作业人员的健康形成威胁,应引起有关部门的重视。
【Abstract】 [Objective]In order to find out the distribution of p loycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons of aerosol(PM10、PM2.5),standardize the system of reagent and provide basis for monitoring air.[Methods] From June,2004 to October,2004,five sampling areas were set in a Pb-Zn separation plant,the collected samples of PM10、PM2.5 were extract ed by soxhelt extration,concentrated by Kuderna-Danish concentrator and blowin g high purity nitrogen in sequence.Gas chromatography and mass spectrometry(GC-MS) is used to analysis the pretreated samples.[Results]A t otal of thirty-five PM10 and PM2.5 samples were detected respectiv ely and 16 kids of typical PAHs can are inspected in every samples,Levels of ben zo[a] pyrene are in the range from 1.03 ng/m3 to 23.35 ng/m3(PM10) and 0.24 ng/m3 to 18.75 ng/m3(PM2.5),with an overall mean of 5.07(PM10) and 3.91(PM2.5).[Conclusion]Indicate t he serious pollution of ploycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in the mineral separati on plant,be harmful to health of workers and should be attached importance by c orrective department.
