【摘要】 [目的]了解文登市各级医疗单位消毒状况,控制医院内感染。[方法]2004年对文登市各级医疗单位空气、物体表面、医护人员手、消毒液采样检测细菌菌落总数。[结果]检测合格率为90.87%,空气合格率为86.11%,物体表面合格率为90.00%,医护人员手合格率为92.17%,使用中消毒液为95.28%;市级为95.73%,镇级91.23%,村级为86.96%。[结论]应加强对空气消毒及对村级医疗单位的消毒管理。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective]To know the disinfecting conditions of medical institons and to control the infection in hospitals in wendeng city.[Methods]The total bacterial count in the air, the object surface,the medical workers’ hands and disinfectant of all levels medical institutions were sampled and detected.[Results]The qualification rate was 90.87%.The qualitication rate of air, object surface,medical workers’ hands,using disinfectant was 86.11%,90.00%,92.17%and95.28%;respectively.And the rate of the downtown-class,the town-classand the village-class was 95.73%, 91.23% and 86.96%,respectively.[Conclusion]The air sterilization and disinfecting management in village-class medical institutions should be improved.更多还原
