【摘要】 [目的]了解山东省各级疾病预防控制机构办公室工作状况及存在问题,探讨解决方法,提升工作水平。[方法]2003年11～12月对全省169家疾病预防控制机构办公室进行问卷调查。[结果]各级疾病预防控制机构办公室人员男女比例为1.54:1,35岁以下的占47.89%,专科及中专学历分别占55.92%、23.94%,中级、初级职称分别占34.37%、29.58%,所学专业比较复杂,各工作岗位多为兼职。[结论]各级疾病控制机构办公室职能设置庞杂,办公条件较差。工作队伍比较年轻,学历、专业和职称结构不够合理,普遍缺乏学习培训机会。办公室工作人员要注重自身学习,提高工作水平。同时争取领导支持,加大投入,改善工作条件。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective]To understand working conditions of offices for disease prevention and control agencies at different levels in Shandong Province and existing problems, explore ways to solve them and raise the work efficiency.[Methods]In November～December 2003,a questionnaire survey was conducted among 169 offices in Shandong Province.[Results]In the staff of offices for disease prevention and control agencies at different levels in Shandong Provinces, the ratio of male and female was 1.54:1,those under 35 accounted for 47.89%,those with professional and secondary technical school records accounted for 55.92% and 23.94% respectively, those with medium and junior titles accounted for 34.37% and 29.58% respectively, most of them were in various majors and in concurrent posts. [Conclusion]Offices for disease prevention and control agencies at different levels were complicated in function and inadequately equipped. The workforce are young, with improper structures in education, specialty and title and most of them lack training opportunities. They should focus on their own studies to raise work efficiency and meanwhile win leaders’ support to put in more funds so as to improve their working conditions.更多还原
