人群HLA基因多态性与HIV-Ⅰ感染或(和)艾滋病相关性队列研究的Meta分析

【摘要】 [目的]综合评价人群HLA基因多态性与 HIV Ⅰ感染或(和)艾滋病的相关性。[方法]以人群 HLA基因多态性与HIV Ⅰ感染或(和)艾滋病相关性队列研究的RR值为统计量。全面检索相关文献,应用Meta分析软件包REV MAN4 2,在基因分型水平上,对各研究的结果进行一致性检验和数据合并,并评估发表偏倚。[结果]等位基因 B35、B62、DR5和DR11是HIV Ⅰ感染或(和)艾滋病的危险基因(P<0 05),其合并RR值分别为1 47、5 83、1 61、和1 62;而等位基因A10、B18、B27、B57 和 DR1 是 HIV Ⅰ感染或(和)艾滋病的保护基因(P < 0 05),其合并 RR 值分别为0 46、0 59、0 23、0 68和0 43。[结论]人群中某些HLA等位基因与HIV感染和AIDS发生发展进程有关。

【Abstract】 Objective]To evaluate the relationship between genetic polymorphism of HLA and HIV Ⅰ infection (AIDS) in the world population [Methods]RR of HLA alleles distributions in population with risk factors of HIV Ⅰ infection against population without it were analysed All the relevant studies were identified, poor qualified studies were eliminated, and the risk of publication bias was evaluated The Meta analysis software, REVMAN4 2, was applied for investigating heterogeneity among individual studies and summarizing across studies [Results]B35、B62、DR5 and DR11 were the risky alleles(P<0 05)of HIV Ⅰ infection (AIDS), their pooled RR were 1 47,5 83,1 61,and 1 62 respectively; But A10, B18, B27, B57, and DR1 were the protective alleles(P<0 05),their pooled RR were 0 46, 0 59, 0 23, 0 68, and 0 43 respectively;[Conclusion]Some HLA alleles in cohort study are associated with the HIV 1 infection or AIDS
