【摘要】 中国-东盟自由贸易区的建设已进入了实施阶段,面临诸多法律问题。结合当今各主要经济组织的实践以及我国与东盟的具体情况,笔者认为,中国-东盟自由贸易区应当采用紧密型的组织形式,这样才能确保该组织的有效运转;同时,中国应当在贸易区的建设过程中居于主导地位,这样可以增加贸易区的凝聚力;最后,能否妥善处理中国与东盟有关国家之间在南海主权上的争议,对于贸易区的建立同样具有举足轻重的影响。更多还原
