【摘要】 在中国旅游业20多年的发展历程里,旅游法制建设同样也经历了一条不断完善的发展道路。从1978年以后旅游立法及旅游执法工作的开展情况来看,旅游法制建设过程大致可以分为三个不同的历史发展阶段,体现出各自的工作重点和时代特征。本文通过对这三个发展阶段的总结回顾,对未来中国旅游法制建设的目标和发展方向进行展望。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the development process of Chinese tourism over the past 20 years, legal construction in tourism has also experienced a constantly improvement. In the light of tourist-laws legislation and enforcement since 1978, legal construction in tourism can be divided into three different historical stages, which have reflected respective working keystones and time features. Through the summary and review of these stages, we can prospect the aim and direction of the legal construction in tourism of China in the future.更多还原
